Hey again, I'm Alex.

So you want to know more about me? Well, let’s see. I’m enthusiastic about creative design and strategic thinking, for starters. When those two come together, I’ve seen time and time again random users turn into loyal customers.

My journey began with a love for words and stories. I traveled nationally as a spoken word artist and eventually wrote two novels of over 60,000 words. I became obsessed with what makes a story great, even taking a class at BYU to dive deeper. This passion carried over into the nonprofit space, where I honed a wide range of creative skills. For one year, I worked as a writer, covering copy, email, and social media.

After that, I began my journey as a designer and creative director for two years. In just four months, I built an entire creative department, expanding from 7 to 22 team members and oversaw the entire creative process from vision to debrief meetings.

With proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, developing strategic insights, and producing creative content in fast-paced environments, I have learned to craft clear communication strategies that drive business growth.

Most recently, I dove into the world of design theory and UX, completing my certification with CareerFoundry.

Outside of design, I love food — well, except raw onions. I spend my time exploring new spots in nature to read. Oh, and I think a lot about good business ideas I’ll never start and am the absolute worst at humming the melody of a song I don't know the name of. If you think we’d make a great team, feel free to reach out.
